Lakemoor has newer subdivisions along Route 120 and older lake cottages. Around here that means builder-grade treated decks on newer homes, privacy fences in the newer subdivisions and older cottage decks near the lake. Each of those has a specific failure mode and a specific fix, and we have done all of them.
